Originally from north east of Thailand, Nakhon Ratchasima, Chef Yut – Yongyut Khoduangklang comes from agriculture family. Now at the age of 42, he has been cooking since he was 7 years old. Influenced by his mother who had to prepare food for family of five as he grew up helping her.
In 2005, he moved to Canada and became a head chef at Thai on Yonge in 2006. Chef Yut wants to present affordable authentic Thai food in downtown Toronto. Located on the second floor at 370 Yonge St., Thai on Yonge offer hand picked fresh ingredients which are cooked from scratch.
